Flat Description:

Ground floor flat in a purpose built red brick building.  Walk along the riverside and enjoy the scenic bridges, Battersea Park and beautiful architecture.  Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Hyde Park and all the museums are an easy walk or bus ride away.

The modern kitchen has granite counters, built-in appliances, white cabinets, a breakfast nook with table and seating for 6.  A door leads outside to a decked terrace with raised flowerbeds and seating.  The spacious living area has comfortable sofas, a decorative fireplace flanked by well stocked bookcases, TV, and a formal dining area, hard-wood floors and Plantation shutters enhance the windows and allow plenty of light.

There are three bedrooms.  The master suite has a King bed, plenty of closet space, bay windows and bathroom with large glass-enclosed walk-in shower.  The second bedroom has Twin beds, a TV, a door leading out to the terrace, and a bathroom with large bathtub and shower.  The third bedroom has a single bed with trundle and door opening to the terrace.  The third bathroom has bathtub and shower.

Arrivals before 8:30am or after 4:30pm will require transfer service (car hire from the airport or train station) with our London transfer partners. Your driver will have the keys to your flat and will let you in. The Greeter will be by the following morning.

Security Deposit:

The property requires a security/damage deposit between £ 350 – £ 1000 to be held by credit card until after departure. The Greeter who meets you on arrival will return at departure to check you out of the property at the end of your stay.
