Each of the 20 apartments in the impressive period Georgian building are individually decorated with lush and luxurious appointments, and kept to an extremely high standard. Kitchens are fully equipped, spotless and well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable home stay, including a Nespresso machine and gorgeous welcome basket of breakfast items, coffee and tea to get you started. The bathrooms are done up with deluxe fixtures, and thoughtful touches feature throughout each apartment. Bedrooms offer gorgeous decor, soft materials, luxury linens on lavish, comfortable mattresses. All bedrooms face fashionable Beauchamp Place, many have a west facing terrace or balcony for al fresco dining. Apartments are cleaned daily and 24 hour concierge service will take care of your every need.

KITCHENS

Well fitted, impeccably clean and bright, each kitchen offers all the modern conveniences, including an oven, electric stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as a Nespresso machine.

RECEPTION/DINING/SITTING ROOMS

Sitting rooms are beautifully appointed, with lush fabrics, plush carpeting, flat screen television (DVD, Satelite, Freeview, Sky TV and a variety of International programming), iPod connectors and tasteful decor. Each living room is sized appropriately with the number of bedrooms and expected guests, and thoughtfully organized for maximum comfort. Many of the flats feature high ceilings and large front facing windows with excellent light.

All three and four bedroom apartments have a separate living room and a separate dining room, which can be also used as a meeting room. Three and four bedroom units are also situated over split levels, with the living accommodation on one side, facing the front of the building. Bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down, facing the quiet back of the property and overlooking famed and fashionable Beauchamp Place.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Each luxury apartment has bedrooms that face the back of the property, many with patio terraces or balconies. Beds are of exceptional quality, and extremely comfortable in sizes ranging from Queen, King, King/Twin Split or two singles (see below for specific bed types in each apartment).

As all the apartments in this London holiday rental gem are individually decorated, unique in the color and flavor of the design, but each is beautifully and carefully appointed. Many bedrooms are en suite, and all feature flat screen televisions with satellite programming as well as iPod docking stations.

All bathrooms have at least a shower-over-tub, if not a full walk-in shower. Many of the apartments have separate guest toilets as well as shared or ensuite bathrooms (see below for specific bathroom configurations in each apartment type).

Apartment Types:

1 Bedroom Standard apartment
Approximately 482 sq ft, most of the standard one bedroom serviced flats are located on lower floors of the property with no street view but a private patio. Every apartment consists of one bedroom with King ized bed that can be split into 2 twin beds (save one flat which has a Queen bed only), a private or en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower-over-tub, a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. This apartment type is fully air-conditioned. Maximum occupancy, 2 persons.

1 Bedroom Superior Apartment
Approximately 500 sq ft, located on the first floor (second floor US) with no street view. Each Superior one bedroom luxury apartment consists of one bedroom with King sized bed that can be split into 2 twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower-over-tub, a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Superior apartments have an additional cloakroom and a sofa bed in the lounge for additional person. This apartment type is fully air-conditioned. Maximum occupancy, 2 persons (3 if sofa bed in the lounge is in use for additional person – £18.00 per night).

1 Bedroom Executive Apartment
Approximately 603 sq ft, located on lower ground floor. Each Executive apartment consists of one bedroom with King sized bed that can be split into 2 twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower-over-tub, one with a walk-in shower), a living room with a separate dining room and additional storage space, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Executive apartment is the largest type of 1 bedroom apartments with a private patio either off the bedroom or the lounge. This apartment type is fully air-conditioned. Maximum occupancy 2 persons (3 if sofa bed is in use for additional charge of £18.00 per night).

2 Bedroom Standard Apartment
Approximately 678 sq ft, and located on the 4th floor. This apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed, the second bedroom with two twin beds, a private bathroom with bathtub (off the hallway, near the bedrooms), additional cloakroom, a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment type is fully air-conditioned. Maximum occupancy 4 persons.

2 Bedroom Superior Apartment
Approx. 883 sq ft, located on the upper ground floor. This apartment consists of two bedrooms, master en-suite bedroom with King sized bed and second bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom (the bathroom in the master bedroom has bathtub and walk-in shower), an additional cloakroom, a combined living/dining room with double height ceiling and electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment type is partial air-conditioned (bedrooms only). Maximum occupancy 4 persons (5 if sofa bed in the lounge is in use for additional charge – £18.00 per night).

3 Bedroom Standard Apartment
Approximately 1150 sq ft, some of the 3 bedroom Standard flats come with west facing balconies off the bedrooms, and flexible bedding arrangement, beds can be made into king or twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share one private bathroom located off the hallway (opposite the bedrooms), with an additional cloakroom. All three bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property, overlooking famous Beauchamp Place. All three bedroom apartments have a separate living room and a separate dining room, which can be also used as a meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment type is partial air-conditioned (bedrooms only). Maximum occupancy 6 persons (with option to use a sofa bed for additional 7th person for £18.00 per night).

3 Bedroom Standard Apartment (5 Person Accommodations)
Around 1050 sq ft, some Standard 3 bedrooms come with west facing balconies off the bedrooms. In the smaller Standard three bedrooms there are two bedrooms with either King or two Twin beds and one bedroom with Single bed only. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share one private bathroom located off the hallway (opposite the bedrooms). This is our smallest 3 bedroom standard apartment. All three and four bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building, and feature a separate living room and a separate dining room. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. 3 Bedroom Superior Apartment (5 Person Accommodation)
Approximately 1162 sq ft, some with west facing balconies off the bedrooms. There are two large bedrooms with either King or Twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with Single bed only. The third private bathroom is located off the hallway. Living accommodation is same as in standard apartments. All of the larger apartments have electric fireplace, some have balcony. All three and four bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building, separate living and dining rooms for more spacious living. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down (up to 8 steps) and face the quiet back of the property. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment type is partial air-conditioned (bedrooms only). Maximum occupancy 5 persons (6 if sofa bed in the lounge is in use for additional charge – £18.00 per night).

3 Bedroom Executive Apartment
Approx. 1312 sq ft. with large terrace to the front of the building. A large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and third bedroom with queen queen-sized bed share the second private bathroom located off the hallway. There is an additional cloakroom. This apartment has a large living room with double height ceiling and is, together with the 2 bedroom Superior, our most popular apartment. All three and four bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property. All three and four bedroom apartments have a separate living room and a separate dining room, which can be also used as a meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment type is partially air-conditioned (bedrooms only). Maximum occupancy 6 persons (7 if sofa bed in the lounge is in use for additional charge – £18.00 per night).

4 bedroom Superior Apartment 
Approximately 1500 sq ft, with lovely large terrace to the front of the building. A rare large London apartment, this superior luxury serviced apartment consists of 4 bedrooms with flexible bedding arrangement (King or two Twin bed options). Two bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, the other two share the third private bathroom located off the hallway. All three and four bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property. The flat has a separate living room and a separate dining room, which can as well be used as a meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Location:

The nearest underground stop is Knightsbridge less than 5 minutes by foot. The South Kensington station is nearly as close, 9 or 10 minutes.

The building itself is located on a quiet tree-lined Regency street, a soft spot in a vibrant and active area. The bustle of Old Brompton road, the shops, cafes and businesses all enjoy thriving business. Shopping is a premium past time here.

No pets permitted. Public areas maintain a no-smoking policy, but smoking has been allowed in some individual flats.

Check-in time is 3:00pm, though sometimes earlier arrivals can be arranged.

Security Deposit:

The property requires a security/damage deposit of up to £1000 to be held by credit card until after departure.

Accessibility Notice:

The building has five stone steps at the ground floor exterior entry and a lift in the building. The three and four bedroom London apartments are situated over split levels, with short flights of steps dividing the flats from a landing. These flats are therefor not universally accessible but can accommodate someone with limited mobility, depending on limitations.

Activities:

Knightsbridge, so close to South Kensington, is a terrific place from which to explore London. Some of the nearby attractions include the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall.

Harrod’s and Hyde Park are close casual walking distance, the theater district, shopping and other museums (National Portrait Gallery, The British Museum) are all just a quick tube ride away.
